What makes us different?

Our dogs are beautiful, sweet, premium fed & given optimal care, part of the family & health tested genetically & by OFA, which not all breeders do.
We raise our pups in a climate controlled room as part of the family and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy, healthy and ready to join your family.
We give new puppy families lots of information to help prepare for adoption day, give lots of tips for best health and future care.
What is our process?
Your first step is to complete the application questionnaire (see below How do I Apply?). That helps us know your preferences of gender, timing and more about your home and family. We will then send email announcements of relevant availability when it's time for the gender specific pick order deposit. When pups are 5-6 weeks old, we'll set face to face appointments in order to choose your puppy with an additional deposit due. The balance is due when it is time for them to go home at 8 weeks, after their final vet check.
How do I Apply?
There is no obligation or fee to submit our application questionnaire. This will give you priority updates before they are public, based on your preferences of timing, shade of golden and gender. We will email announcements when there are pups available for deposit that would suit your family. You can change your timing and preferences anytime by simply replying to our announcement email.
Are deposits refundable?
Generally no. We make a commitment to you that you will definitely be getting your puppy and will turn away other families so we will not consider other inquiries. If you have to change your plans that means your puppy does not have someone else lined up so we will need to start over in our search for the right family. If you give us reasonable notice and another good home is found for the pup right away, we will often consider returning some of that deposit minus any additional expenses. If we ourselves have to cancel due to some unforeseen circumstance, we will refund.
How much are your puppies and what is your policy for deposits and payments?
prices vary with each litter (current price $3,400) To be on our reservation list we require a $250 deposit. (For more info see Puppies page and Puppy Application). The deposit amount will be applied toward the cost of your puppy. If there are not enough puppies in a litter, your deposit will be applied to the next available litter. If you change your mind your deposit is not refundable. You are welcome to make payments prior to picking up your puppy in any amount, however it is not required. The total balance is required to be paid when you pick up your puppy at 8 weeks of age. A check is ok for the deposit, but we prefer cash for the final payment. At this time we are not accepting credit cards, but we are in the process of changing this and providing this option in the near future.
